Barbara Berry Flynn, 69, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2018, at her home. She was born on July 25, 1948, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late Arthur and Frances (Gearhart) Berry. She was the loving wife of Warren Flynn, Jr., for 48 years.
Barbara adored spending time with her family and friends. She treasured time spent with her grandchildren, often cheering them on at their sporting and school events. Barbara loved traveling with her family, frequently visiting the Southwest, the Colorado mountains, and the Gulf Coast beaches. She was an avid reader and enjoyed biking, hiking, and skiing with Warren. She also enjoyed playing pickleball and cards with her many friends.
She is survived by her husband, daughters: Julie Wehrmeister and husband Michael of Maryland; Ellen Laws and husband Carl of Rogers, AK. Son Warren Flynn, III, and his wife Julie of Bentonville, AK. She is also survived by her bothers Artie Berry (New Blaine, AK) and Sam Berry and wife Sandi (Mountainburg, AK). Barbara also leaves behind sisters: Jane Sanders (Fort Smith, AK); Kay Robbins (Little Rock, AK); Joan Kincannon and husband Pettus (Ft. Smith, AK) and sister-in-law Judy Flynn (Texas). The Flynns have 8 grandchildren.
A moment of silence and prayer was held at the reunion for Barbara. She was greatly missed. She had looked forward to attending the 2018 Clopton Arkansas Reunion planned by her Berry Family.
